Empire Outlets, New York City’s premier outdoor shopping and dining destination, is conveniently located adjacent to the Staten Island Ferry terminal, offering stunning waterfront views and easy accessibility.

We’re beyond excited to bring our mission-driven flea market to this incredible space—offering affordable essentials, creative expression, and community support for those who need it most.
